Reporting a bug

If you’re hitting a bug, it helps to include your device (iPhone, iPad, or Mac), your iOS/iPadOS/macOS version, and a short description of what you expected versus what happened. No screenshots required — whatever’s easy for you.

Subscriptions & billing

Neuro-Flow Premium subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. To cancel or change a plan, open the App Store app, tap your profile, choose Subscriptions, and make the change there — premium features stay active until the end of the current billing period. To restore a purchase on a new device, open Neuro-Flow’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases. For refunds, use Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com.

Sync between devices

Habits and entries sync through your own private iCloud account. If sync looks stale, check that you’re signed in to the same Apple ID on both devices and that iCloud Drive is enabled for Neuro-Flow in iOS Settings > your name > iCloud. Give a fresh install a minute or two on first launch — the initial iCloud download takes a moment.

Reminders & notifications

All reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device, and Neuro-Flow deliberately caps them at a few per day. If reminders aren’t arriving, check iOS Settings > Notifications > Neuro-Flow, and make sure a Focus mode isn’t silencing them. The morning briefing follows the wake time you set during onboarding — you can adjust your daily rhythm in the app’s Settings.

Web companion

The read-only web dashboard is a Premium feature. To connect a browser, turn on Web companion in the app under Settings > Advanced Features & Privacy, then open Manage web companion to get a short pairing code and the dashboard address. Pairing codes are single-use and expire after a few minutes — just generate a fresh one if it lapses. You can revoke browser access at any time from the same screen, by deleting your account, or by turning the feature off.

Reporting an AI coach response

If a coaching message ever misses the mark, open the menu on the briefing card in the AI Coach tab and choose Report a problem. Reports go to us without your name or iCloud identity attached.

Deleting your account

If you created the optional Neuro-Flow account (used for circles, live body-doubling, and the web companion), you can delete it directly in the app: Settings > Neuro-Flow Account > Delete Account. This removes your display name and identifier from our backend, removes you from all circles, and disconnects the web companion — your habits and check-ins stay on your device. You can also email us and we’ll handle it for you.

Privacy & data requests

To request a copy of your data, correct inaccurate information, or delete account data tied to an optional feature, email info@omniadataanalytics.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. See the privacy policy for the full list of what is and isn’t collected.
