These Terms govern your use of Neuro-Flow, provided by Omnia Data Analytics LLC.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Neuro-Flow for personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it beyond what applicable law permits, or use it to violate the rights of others. Accountability circles are invite-only spaces for sharing habit progress with people you trust; you agree not to use them to harass others or to share content you have no right to share.

Subscriptions & purchases

Neuro-Flow Premium is available as an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription (each with a free trial) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. All billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account; we never receive your payment details. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — you can cancel any time in your App Store subscription settings, and Premium remains active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Prices may vary by region and may change; any change applies only from your next billing period.

AI-generated content

Coaching messages, briefings, insights, and suggestions in Neuro-Flow are generated by AI (on your device by default, or by the optional cloud coach if you enable it). AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete; it is offered as general wellbeing encouragement only, and you should not rely on it as professional advice of any kind. You can report a problematic response from the briefing menu in the app.

Not a medical device

Neuro-Flow is a personal productivity and wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional, and the AI coach is not a therapist. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services; in the United States you can call or text 988.

Neuro-Flow is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnia Data Analytics LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Neuro-Flow.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Downloads from the App Store and your licence to use the App are additionally governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where the two conflict, the Apple EULA governs to the extent of the conflict.
